Mok'bara
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference
The mok'bara is a Klingon form of martial arts. The technique is similar to meditation, as the forms are said to clear the mind. The mok'bara is the basis of Klingon hand-to-hand combat techniques, and may be practiced alone, or in groups. (TNG: "Birthright, Part II")
The mok'bara involves weapons such as the bat'leth, mek'leth, d'k tahg, and lahj. Some of the techniques and forms involved in the mok'bara are similar to the Human martial art of Tai chi chuan. (TNG: "Second Chances")
Lieutenant Worf taught a mok'bara class on board the USS Enterprise-D. Deanna Troi, Doctor Crusher, Commander William T. Riker, and Geordi La Forge were some of the many students. Other students included Ensign Gates, Martinez, a female officer, and also the ensigns Sam Lavelle and Sito Jaxa. (TNG: "Lower Decks")

[edit] Background
Mok'bara was conceived by Dan Curry, and is based off of tai chi chuan, only instead of slow fluid movements, it is based on clawed hands, and fast, rough movements.
