Molotov cocktail

A Molotov cocktail is a type of homemade incendiary device consisting of a glass bottle filled with gasoline and a rag. Lighting the rag and then tossing the bottle would result in burning gasoline being spread over a large area.
Molotovs were used by angry Sanctuary residents during the Bell Riots. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part I")
