NCD-31775 was the registry of the Iyaaran shuttle, operated by Ambassador Voval.
In 2370, Ambassadors Loquel and Byleth were brought to the USS Enterprise-D with this shuttle for the first cultural exchange between Iyaarans and the Federation. Ambassador Voval also took part in this exchange in an effort to study human intimacy and love with Captain Jean-Luc Picard by staging a crash for the shuttle on a M-class planet. (TNG: "Liaisons")
