Nakan

The Nakan are a group of people who colonized Tarakis sometime in the 21st century. This group was accidentally massacred by a military team sent to evacuate them. The team was led by Commander Saavdra. A memorial was erected on Takaris so they would never be forgotten. (VOY: "Memorial")
