Nathan

Nathan was a chef at Sisko's Creole Kitchen in New Orleans on Earth.
When Benjamin and Jake Sisko went to Earth in 2372, Nathan served them gumbo. Benjamin also remarked to his father that Nathan would have trouble maintaining the restaurant if he had to leave. Nathan was also well known by Nog who got his living tube grubs at the restaurant. (DS9: "Homefront")
Nathan was portrayed by an unknown actor.
