Captain Nensi Chandra was a 23rd century Starfleet officer and starship commander.
In 2267, Chandra's ship was put in at Starbase 11 when the USS Enterprise conducted its layover there. As a ranking officer, Chandra served on the board conducting the court martial of a fellow captain, James T. Kirk, when Kirk was accused of the apparent death of Lieutenant Commander Benjamin Finney. In 2258, of an alternate reality, Admiral Nensi Chandra was among the high-ranking officers who presided over Cadet James T. Kirk's Starfleet Academy hearing for cheating during his Kobayashi Maru scenario. Later, after Kirk took command of the USS Enterprise and helped save Earth and Captain Christopher Pike from Nero, Chandra was present at Kirk's promotion to captain of the Enterprise. (Star Trek)
