Doctor Nessor was a Malcorian physician employed at the Sikla Medical Facility on planet Malcor III during the late 2360s.

During the arrival of Rivas Jakara to the Medical Facility, in 2367, Dr. Nessor's name was overheard on the intercom, requesting that he contact station 12. (TNG: "First Contact")
