Neutronic weapons were a form of military technology carried by Penk's vessel, a heavily-armed and armored ship used to stage Tsunkatse matches. When Neelix related the ship to a "traveling carnival", Harry Kim rebutted by noting the ship's neutronic weaponry, as well as its covariant shield-protected reinforced hull plating. - It is not known if neutronic weaponry is used on all Norcadian ships. It is also unknown how they operate, although it may have something to do with neutrons.
