Nina Magnesson is the actress who portrayed Vinka in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Virtuoso".
Prior to her Star Trek: Voyager appearance, Magnesson played a guest role in the television series Jack & Jill (1999) and had a supporting role in the television crime comedy Partners (2000).
