Noa Tishby (born 22 May 1977 in Ramat-Aviv, Tel Aviv, Israel) is the actress who played Amanda Cole in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Harbinger". She is very popular as both an actress and singer in her native country of Israel.
She has made guest appearances on such popular television series as The Drew Carey Show (with Diedrich Bader), CSI: Miami, Nip/Tuck, The 4400 (with Jeffrey Combs), and Charmed. She also had a supporting role in the 2005 science fiction film The Island, which also featured Star Trek: Voyager star Ethan Phillips (Neelix) and veteran Star Trek guest performers Randy Oglesby and Glenn Morshower in the cast.
