Nucleogenic energy is a type of energy.
In the 2370s, the crew of the USS Equinox discovered that the molecular structures of extradimensional nucleogenic lifeforms contained large amounts of nucleogenic energy. Thus, they began to kill those lifeforms, using the nucleogenic energy to enhance their warp drive. (VOY: "Equinox")
