Odala

Odala was the chief minister of the council of Voth Elders in 2373. She had USS Voyager transported inside a massive Voth city ship. Odala demanded that Forra Gegen return to the ship to face charges of heresy. She told him that she would order the Voyager crew killed unless he returned to face the council. He did return with Chakotay as a witness. She refused to listen to Gegen's Distant Origin Theory. Odala told Gegen that he was a disruptive influence on their society and ordered him to repudiate his claims. Gegen at first resisted, until Odala informed him that she would send the crew to a detention center. Odala had him publicly renounce his theory, in exchange for freeing the Voyager crew. Odala assigned Gegen to less controversial work. (VOY: "Distant Origin")
