Olivia Woods is a Star Trek author. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Woods moved to Ireland, before emigrating to the United States.
In 2007, Woods replaced Leanna Morrow as author of the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine relaunch novel Fearful Symmetry. Her first Star Trek novel, it was released in June 2008. The direct follow-up to that novel, The Soul Key, also being written by Woods, is scheduled for release in August 2009.
Woods currently resides in New York State with her family.
