Orb shadow

An orb shadow is a hallucination that affects people who have had experiences with the orbs of the Prophets. They can occur after a long time since the orb experience. They are usually caused by an excess of neuropeptides.
Benjamin Sisko experienced an orb shadow in 2372, some three years after his orb experience. Opaka appeared in his hallucination. (DS9: "Accession")
