Orn Lote was an engineer who lived on Tagra IV.

In 2369, when Tagra IV's atmosphere had become critically polluted due to industrial waste emissions. He requested help from the USS Enterprise-D in fighting this ecological disaster. They attempted to install new filters to clean the atmosphere, but one of the reactors which had become destabilized could not be fixed and a meltdown was a possibility.

Amanda Rogers, who was a Q, used her powers to save the planet. (TNG: "True Q")

Orn Lote was played by actor John P. Connolly.
