The PWB Tomal was a Romulan vessel involved in the Dominion War.
In 2375, the Tomal reported numerous crew casualties, which were displayed on a LCARS display aboard Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Image in the Sand", "The Siege of AR-558")

This ship was listed on a casualty report of Allied losses. It was shown with a number of 19386, but it isn't clear if this was a registry number of some sort. Interestingly, all the officers who had their status reported in the Tomal list were Starfleet personnel, all of whom had been reported as caualties by the USS Tripoli (NCC-19386), and other vessels, a year earlier. While no Starfleet personnel were shown serving on Romulan ships, we know from the contexts of the episodes that there were joint operations in progress between the various Allied powers.
