Paki was a Mintakan boy who lived on Mintaka III in the late 2360s.
In 2366, Paki gave Jean-Luc Picard a Mintakan tapestry following the Mintakan's unintentional encounter with the Federation. (TNG: "Who Watches The Watchers")
Paki was played by John Jason Kennedy.
