Par'Mach'kai

Par'Mach'kai is a Klingon term of endearment, used to refer to one's romantic partner. (DS9: "Shadows and Symbols")
Worf and Jadzia were each others' par'Mach'kai, as were Tavana and Ortakin. (DS9: "Soldiers of the Empire", "Change of Heart")
Neelix referred to Ch'Rega as his par'Mach'kai as the two said "goodbye" following a brief, but torrid love affair. (VOY: "Prophecy")
