Paris 3

From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference

The Chez Sandríne in Paris 3.

Paris 3 was a holodeck program created by Tom Paris that recreated his favorite Earth establishment Chez Sandríne. Paris recreated the bar-restaurant during his time on USS Voyager, which was frequently visited by the ship's personnel for various leisure activities, such as pool games (VOY: "The Cloud", "Learning Curve") and the Doctor's dates with Denara Pel. (VOY: "Lifesigns")

The birthday party for Kes was held in Sandrine's holographic program. Later, when Voyager encountered an inversion field, it was used as a refuge. (VOY: "Twisted")

As part of his efforts to convince the crew that he had become dissatisfied with life aboard Voyager, in order to expose the spy supplying information to the Kazon-Nistrim, Tom Paris used the holographics Sandrine's to host his regular radiogenic sweepstake gambling pool. This drew the attention of Commander Chakotay, who punished those involved. (VOY: "Meld")

The Doctor used Sandrine's holographic program while trying to teach Seven of Nine some dating skills. (VOY: "Someone to Watch Over Me")
