Parley Baer (5 August 1914 – 22 November 2002; age 88) was an American character actor. He played an old man in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Sacred Ground".
He appeared in numerous film and television projects, but is perhaps best known for giving voice to the elf Ernie Keebler in the Keebler cookie commercials. He was a veteran of radio in the 1940s and 1950s, notably playing deputy Chester Proudfoot on Gunsmoke (with Vic Perrin and Lawrence Dobkin), Pete the marshal on the sitcom The Harold Peary Show, and various roles on Escape. In television, he appeared as Darby on The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet (1955-1961), and Roy Stoner, the mayor of Mayberry, on The Andy Griffith Show (1962-63). In 1991, Baer guest starred on Beverly Hills 90210 in Season 2's "A Walsh Family Christmas" with fellow guest star Keene Curtis and Ann Gillespie.
