Paul Lawrence

Paul Lawrence is an assistant director who worked on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He has worked in Hollywood for more than thirty years.
Lawrence had a Starfleet character in the episode "In the Pale Moonlight" named after him. The name of an Ensign called "Paul F. Lawrence" can be seen on a Casualty report in that episode.
Before working on Star Trek. Lawrence was an assistant director on the television series Parenthood, Veronica Clare and Going to Extremes. He also worked on several television movies, such as A Girl of the Limberlost (starring Joanna Cassidy), The Fear Inside and Prophet of Evil: The Ervil LeBaron Story.
After Deep Space Nine ended, Lawrence worked on Roswell (starring DS9 recurring star William Sadler) and The Division. More recently, Lawrence worked on Commander in Chief.
In April 2008, Lawrence will be a guest of honor at the WillyCon science fiction convention held at Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska.
