- For the "regular" universe counterpart, see Pavel Chekov.
- For the timeline created by Nero's incursion, see Pavel Chekov (alternate reality).
Ensign Pavel Chekov served as navigator aboard the Terran starship ISS Enterprise, under Captain James T. Kirk.
A cunning schemer with designs on overthrowing Kirk as captain, he enlisted several other crew members in his mutiny. By the time he carried it out, however, the mirror Kirk had been replaced with a parallel universe duplicate who was able to defeat him. He was punished with a trip to the agony booth. (TOS: "Mirror, Mirror")

[edit] Background
Like his counterpart, Chekov was played by Walter Koenig. Although no further references were made to the mirror Chekov, he plays a major role in the video game, Star Trek: Shattered Universe.
