Pax

Pax was a Ferengi and the uncle of Quark and Rom. By the 2370s, Pax had amounted a considerable fortune in the waste extraction business on Ferenginar. Coincidently, he was also known as "Uncle Stinky". (DS9: "Body Parts")

It is unknown whose brother Pax was, either Keldar or Ishka's.
