Pejuta is a beverage that can be served hot, cold, or with lemon.

When B'Elanna Torres had a conflict with Lieutenant Joseph Carey, Chakotay recommended that Torres bond with Carey over a cup of hot Pejuta. (VOY: "Parallax")

Ensign Michael Parsons enjoyed drinking hot Pejuta with lemon. However, on one occasion in 2371, he had a cold Pejuta without lemon. (VOY: "Cathexis")
