Pera-cream sauce is a topping used on desserts, a favorite of Captain Kathryn Janeway.

In 2376, Tuvok prepared a pistachio cake with pera-cream sauce, after he lost his memory due to a Ba'neth weapon. After being asked about the cloaking frequency used by the Ba'neth, he reproduced the graphic on the cake. (VOY: "Riddles")
