Peter Henry Schroeder is the actor who played the Klingon Chancellor in the Star Trek: Enterprise pilot episode, "Broken Bow".
He had a role in the 1987 film Hotshot, as did Leon Russom. He also appeared in an episode of Cheers, starring Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, and Bebe Neuwirth.
