Phil Adams is a stuntman, stunt actor, and stunt coordinator who served as stunt double for William Shatner in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Amok Time" and as stunt double for Michael Pataki in the episode "The Trouble with Tribbles". He received no on-screen credit for his appearances.
