Phil Hetos (14 December 1932 – 8 January 2006; age 73) was the color timer for Star Trek: Insurrection.
In nearly twenty years, Hetos has served as a color timer on over 100 feature films. Among these are Young Guns, Hot Shots!, Army of Darkness, Stargate, Independence Day, Jerry Maguire, Boogie Nights, American Pie, American Beauty, Magnolia, and Road to Perdition.
He died of cancer in 2006 at the age of 73.
