Phil Wallace
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference
Ensign Phil Wallace was a 24th century command division Starfleet officer who served aboard the USS Pegasus under Captain Erik Pressman during the late 2350s.
Wallace was killed in 2358 during the testing of a experimental Starfleet interphase cloaking device, violating the Treaty of Algeron.
In 2370, William T. Riker, who had previously served with Wallace, would recall that he was a "hell of a handball player", and was seriously considered for a promotion, shortly before his death. (ENT: "These Are the Voyages...")
Ensign Wallace was played by producer Rick Berman's assistant, Doug Mirabello.
