Pierogi is a Human food consisting of dumplings made with unleavened dough, with some type of filling. Cheese pierogi were Zefram Cochrane's favorite food.
In 2378, when Naomi Wildman and Neelix planned the 315th anniversary of First Contact Day aboard USS Voyager, Neelix made the pierogi himself instead of replicating them. However, The Doctor complained they had absolutely no nutritional value. (VOY: "Homestead")
