Porania

Porania was a Legate in the Cardassian Union during the late 24th century. He had a reputation of being quite talkative.

He was said to be speechless when Enabran Tain announced his retirement from the Obsidian Order in 2368.

In 2371, Tain and Elim Garak reminisced about Porania with Garak saying "I remember wanting to invent charges of treason against him just so I didn't have to hear his voice again." (DS9: "The Die is Cast")
