Prospero

In William Shakespeare's play The Tempest, Prospero is the usurped duke of Milan and the father of Miranda, as well as a powerful magician.
Data took on the role of Prospero in a holodeck simulation of The Tempest he performed in late 2370. (TNG: "Emergence")
The character of Ezral from ENT: "Oasis" was obviously partly based on Prospero.
