The Pueblo were a tribe of American Indians on Earth.
In 1680, twelve Pueblo tribes coordinated an uprising, called the Pueblo Revolt, to force the Spanish out of present day New Mexico. Among the Spanish was Javier Maribona Picard, an ancestor of Captain Jean-Luc Picard.
Anthwara, the Tribal Council leader of the Indian colony on Dorvan V told Captain Picard about this conflict in 2370. (TNG: "Journey's End")
