Quad L-14 is a region of space that was within the boundaries of the Klingon Empire during the 2270s. The region fell under observation of the Federation's Epsilon IX station.
In 2273, three Klingon battle cruisers, lead by the IKC Amar, unsuccessfully attempted to intercept V'Ger in the Quad L-14. (Star Trek: The Motion Picture)
