The Quarren Ministry of Health was the Quarren government department which had jurisdiction over health matters.

Kadan claimed that his conspiracy to alter the memories of many people, including USS Voyager personnel, was approved by the Ministry of Health in order to relieve the severe labor shortage on Quarra. (VOY: "Workforce, Part II")
