Private R. Azar was a MACO assigned to the NX-01 Enterprise for its mission into the Delphic Expanse.

Azar stood guard in cargo bay 2 while Captain Archer attempted to ruse information from Degra in a mock simulation. When Degra discovered the ruse, Azar boarded the simulator after Degra attacked the captain, and escorted the prisoner back to the brig. (ENT: "Stratagem")

Azar was played by uncredited extra Chase Kim. The uniform he wore was auctioned off at It's a Wrap!'s eBay auction.
