Rahm-Izad
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference
The planet Rahm-Izad is located in the Rahm-Izad star system in Sector 21459.The planet was used by Captain Jean-Luc Picard as a ruse to throw Gul Ocett off the trail of the mystery surrounding the ancient humanoids. While Ocett believed that the last missing DNA fragment was located here, it was in fact located on Vilmor II. (TNG: "The Chase")
- Though an intelligent species known as the Ram Izad existed in one possible timeline in VOY: "Year of Hell, Part II", this world is most likely not related to them. Albeit distant from Loren III, Rahm-Izad was presumably not as distant as the Delta Quadrant. However, to Gul Ocett's credit, the ruse was notably short-lived.
