Relva VII was a class M planet colonized by the Federation. A starbase on the planet was the location of a Starfleet Academy testing area for entrance into the main Academy on Earth.
In 2364, Wesley Crusher, along with three other Academy hopefuls, Mordock, T'Shanik and Oliana Mirren, tried the Starfleet Academy Entrance Exam at the Relva VII starbase. One of the main tests the base performed was the Psych Test. Out of the four candidates, Mordock was chosen to enter the Academy on Earth. (TNG: "Coming of Age")
