Richard Chronister was a member of Starfleet in the 24th century.

In 2353, Chronister was listed on a directory placard as having an office in room 53964 on Starbase 32. (TNG: "Violations")

In 2371, he was listed among Starfleet Research and Development personnel credited on the dedication plaque of the USS Voyager. Chronister was also part of the vessel's crew manifest. (Star Trek: Voyager set artwork, "Projections")

He was also listed among USS Voyager's crew on that vessel's crew manifest in 2371. (VOY: "Projections")

Chronister was named for production staff associate Richard Chronister.
