Richard Libertini was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on 21 May 1933. He played Akorem Laan in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Accession".
He has appeared in many other popular television series such as Law & Order, NYPD Blue and The Drew Carey Show.
His motion picture credits include Catch-22 (1970), Fletch (1985), Fletch Lives (1989), The Bonfire of the Vanities (1990) and Lethal Weapon 4 (1998).
