Richard Rothenberg is the actor who played a Starfleet cadet in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The First Duty". As an extra, he received no on-screen credit for his appearance.
He also appeared in the comedy Stuck on You! (1983, with Patricia Tallman and David Carpenter) and the thriller Love and a .45 (1994, with Jeffrey Combs).
