Armand Jean du Plessis de Richelieu was a French politician during the 17th century.
When Sulu was under the influence of polywater intoxication, he considered himself to be a musketeer like D'Artagnan and confronted Captain Kirk, Sulu exclaimed "Richelieu, at last" and that he fought for "honor, Queen and France." (TOS: "The Naked Time")
