Ricky was a female hologram, a character in Tom Paris' holodeck holo-program, Chez Sandrine. Paris was fascinated with Ricky and made sure to include her in every program he created. She made Sandrine jealous with her outward affection toward Paris. She also told Harry Kim that Paris was hustling him at pool. (VOY: "The Cloud", "Meld")

Ricky was played by actress Angela Dohrmann.
