Rixx (Captain)

Captain Rixx was a 24th century Bolian Starfleet officer, commander of the USS Thomas Paine, and among Starfleet's finest.

In 2364, Rixx met Captain Jean-Luc Picard on the surface of the planet Dytallix B, together with Captain Walker Keel and Captain Tryla Scott to discuss the threat of irrational occurrences and orders given by Starfleet Command. Rixx had previously met Picard at the Altairian Conference. (TNG: "Conspiracy")

Rixx was played by Michael Berryman, and was the first Bolian to appear on Star Trek. The look of Rixx is noticeably different from that of other Bolians.
