Robert Ito (born 2 July 1931; age 77) is a Canadian actor, born in Vancouver, British Columbia.
He played the role of John Kim, father to USS Voyager Ensign Harry Kim, in VOY: "Author, Author". Ito also appeared in TNG: "Coming of Age" as tac officer Chang.
He is probably best known for his co-starring role as Sam Fujiyama in the 1970s television series Quincy with Jack Klugman. He also co-starred as Professor Hikita in The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension. He also appeared in an episode of Highlander in 1994 called "The Samurai" along with Stephen McHattie
