Robert McCullough, MD was a doctor who was a resident at Starbase 515 in 2365. His office was located in suite 03-1502. (TNG: "Samaritan Snare")

McCullough was not mentioned in script or dialog, but his name appeared on a set decoration directory sign, listing several names of production staffers as the starbase's medical staff. This individual was named for episode writer Robert L. McCullough.
