Robert O'Reilly (born 1950) is an actor best known for his portrayal of Chancellor Gowron on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
His first Star Trek appearance was in 1989 and his last was in 2003. He played Gowron for nine years.
At DS9's wrap party, O'Reilly said DS9: "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang" was his favorite DS9 episode.
O'Reilly is a close friend of J.G. Hertzler. The two are to appear in Douglas: The Christmas Movie which is to be released later this year.
