Robertson was a crew member on the USS Voyager while the ship was lost in the Delta Quadrant.

Robertson was referred to in a conversation between Seven of Nine and William Chapman in 2375. Chapman wanted an isolinear spanner from Robertson. (VOY: "Someone to Watch Over Me")
