Rod Loomis (born 21 April 1942; age 67), who played Dr. Paul Manheim in TNG: "We'll Always Have Paris", began his acting career while he was in the US Army. Loomis is best known for playing Sigmund Freud in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.
He also appeared in the 1982 cult classic movie The Beastmaster as King Zed, father of Dar, the Beastmaster. The Beastmaster also starred Tony Epper, Vanna Bonta, Diamond Farnsworth, Vince Deadrick, Sr., Tommy J. Huff, Eddie Donno, Eddie Hice, Freddie Hice, and Chuck Hicks.
