Ronald Moore

Ronald Moore was a Starfleet commander serving aboard the USS Pegasus in 2358. (ENT: "These Are the Voyages...")

Judging by his high rank, it is highly likely that he was the Pegasus' first officer.

The character is named after Ronald B. Moore, the visual effects supervisor for Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise, who also provided his likeness for the file image.
